Is a small mill at the bank of a small river in the German Odenwald. Neatly hidden in the green and close to other way bigger abandoned mills is this mill a real juwel. Not known to many it is still well preserved. No graffiti, no vandalism, still the full interior there. Even the small quality assurance lab of the mill is there. It looks like the miller just stood up and walked away 30 years ago.
The building is divided into two segments. One is the mill, the other is the lab, office and living area of the miller.
Sadly, some storm has ripped a small part of the roof which is the beginning of the end. Therefore some parts of the building are fragile and you have to check where you put your feet. With some luck this place will be there for long time, since there is currently no potential to develop the place.
The mill is pretty unknown and not a lot of people have visited it (obviously) so the decay is prestine. The mill itself is very easy to enter and completely open.
