Close to a river and claimed back by nature lies a huge forgotten industrial ruin. A 130 something year old paperfactory founded in the 1800. Through all these years - even in wartimes - the factory was a huge employer and active. Close to 50 years ago imposed environmental restrictions required so much new investements that the company would not be able to succeed economically. 1000 workers lost their jobs. Since then the factory just stayed untouched, all machines still there.
Only recently the factory was bought by an investor and will be ripped down. In some buildings expensive lofts will be built and the place on the riverbank becomes an luxury place.
